Stop Tweeting when you have a Pending Claim

A hot topic in the legal community is the impact of social media during the legal process. This recently became a big deal in Montana Federal Court when a person related to the defense in a large civil case was Tweeting updates during a jury trial. Some jurors found out about it, and the judge was not pleased, to say the least. This post has moved to our new blog.   1. I search all prospective tenants on Facebook as part of my screening process. It is interesting what you can find out about people and how many people don't make their profiles private.
